5 or 6 lb. sirloin tip or rump roast
2 to 3 mild Hungarian peppers
3 bouillon cubes
1 cup of water or small jar of beef gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Bake roast at 325 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.; remove from oven, pull meat apart with a fork. Set aside.
Cut up mild Hungarian peppers fine; take 1/2 c. juice from peppers; juice from roast, and jar of beef gravy, mix well, add the beef and simmer on low heat 1 hour. serve on warmed Hard Rolls

I thought I would put both shredded roast beef recipes because some people may like a milder sandwich than the spicy Italian roast beef
