DRESSING:
3/4 cup pecans
1/2 cup apple cider
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup pecan oil
1/4 cup olive oil

SALAD:
Mixed salad greens
Crumbled blue cheese
Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, sliced and tossed in lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Puree pecans and apple cider in food processor. Add next three ingredients and blend. Combine pecan and olive oils. With motor running, slowly add the oils. Transfer dressing to a saucepan and warm over low heat. Toss salad with apples and blue cheese. Top with warm dressing and spiced pecans.
