3 pkg. (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
2 tbsp. Parmesan
2 tbsp. Horseradish, drain
1/2 cup chopped olives, rinsed and drain
1/2 cup minced onion
1 large jar dried beef, chopped (keep some for outside of log)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and chill several hours or overnight until mixture sets. Roll into log, then roll in chopped beef. Or you can serve in a bowl as a spread
