3-4 lbs. country style pork spare ribs
2 T liquid smoke
1/2 c catsup
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Tabasco
1 c water
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in pan (11 x 14), meaty side up. Sprinkle with 2T liquid smoke. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine next 6 ingredients (except for liquid smoke and celery seed). Bring to boil. After 30 minutes, pour liquid over ribs and put back in oven at 350 degrees for one hour. 15 minutes before done, sprinkle with liquid smoke and celery seed.
