1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
1 stick butter
1 box (16 ounces) confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in the sugar until well blended. Beat in the vanilla. Stir in chopped nuts if desired.

We always use this frosting with your fruit pizza, to put on red velvet cakes or just to use as a dip with strawberries.
