2 lbs. Ribs
1 c. Vinegar
½ c. White Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Ketchup
½ c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Place the ribs in a baking pan. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mixture will be grainy. Cover the ribs with the sauce, and bake at 300° for 3 hours (rotating halfway through and basting the ribs with the sauce). Turn up the heat to 400° for the last 10 minutes.
