Cooked Chicken, cooled
2 small heads of lettuce (cole slaw, napa cabbage) chopped
1 can water chestnuts
3-4 green onions
2 pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
2 pkg. ramen noodles, toasted

3/4 cup Oil
2/3 cup Tarragon Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar or Rice Vinegar
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder

Directions:

Blend last seven ingredients in blender. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds over lettuce, chicken and water chestnuts. Add dressing and toss lightly.
