Ingredients:
Large dill pickles
Virginia baked ham (sliced medium)
Philadelphia cream cheese spread

Directions:
Remove pickles from jar and dry off with paper towel. Lay out slices of ham and pat dry also.

Spread cream cheese on ham and lay pickle on end. Roll up. Cut into 1/2 - 1 inch pieces and arrange on serving tray. I usually discard the ends of each roll because they don't end up looking like sushi!
