cooking oil
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2-1/2 cups cooked short grain Japanese
white rice
salt and pepper
4 teaspoons soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil to wok
Add 2 eggs beaten, stir quickly until eggs are cooked - remove from wok
Add oil + 2-1/2 cups cooked short grain Japanese white rice and stir
Add 1/2 cup chopped onions and stir Add scramble eggs and stir
salt and pepper to taste Add 4 tsp. soy sauce and stir.
