1 box pie crust - room temp
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 can pie filling

Directions:

Position racks to divide oven in thirds. Cut each crust in quarters, brush all edges with egg white, put 1/4 cup filling slightly to one side of each wedge, fold other side over filling and seal with tines of fork. Put on baking sheet, brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Cut 3 slits in top. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden, edges may open a little. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
