"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/3--1/2 c boiling water
1 3 oz pkg raspberry jello ( or lemon or strawberry)
2 T lemon juice
1. 8 oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cranberry sauce. Mix cranberry, juice from pineapple, water and jello...add lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Add pineapple and nuts. Chill until firm.
TOPPING: 12 oz cool whip, 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup mini marshmallows. Mix together and spread on top. It's pretty if you use a large mold and put the topping in the center after you unmold the cranberry salad. You can also make in a flat pan and cut into squares to serve.
