1 cup butter, softened
2 cups peanut butter
3+ cups confectioners sugar
1 1/2 pkgs. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, peanut butter and confectioners sugar and form into 1 inch balls. Place on waxed paper and chill in freezer/refrigerator. Melt chocolate chips over stove or in the microwave. Use toothpicks to dip chilled balls in melted chocolate, leaving some of the ball showing at the top to resemble a buckeye.
