1 cup Italian bread crumbs or ground pork rinds
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
4 slices deli-thin ham
4 slices deli-thin Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º F. Pound chicken. Roll with ham and Swiss. Roll in butter and then crumbs. Place in Pyrex dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

Option for bread crumbs: You can also use a blend of ground pork rinds, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese as a substitute for the bread crumbs.
