2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 stick oleo, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. sour cream
4 T. melted oleo
2 c. conflakes (Slightly crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Put poatoes in a 9 x 13 (or 2 smaller pans for a smaller group) this freezes well. Sprinkle onions over potatoes and drizzle with oleo. In saucepan, warm soup, Cheez Whiz and sour cream. Stir until well blended. Pour over potato mix. Mix oleo with cornflakes and spread over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
