Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. of sugar
1/2 c. margarine, softened
4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 T. vanilla extract
1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese, milk, eggs and sour cream need to be room temperature!!

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
2. In a medium bowl mix graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Press into springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix flour, sour cream and vanilla together in small bowl until smooth then add it to the cream cheese mixture. Pour filling into prepared crust.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5-6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
5. I put a pan of water on a rack underneath the cheesecake and wrap foil around the springform pan so moisture don't get into cheesecake.
