Two Racks of Ribs Pork or Beef (baby backs have less fat)
3 bottles of Honey or Brown sugar BBQ Sauce
¼ cup of dried minced onion
2 Tbs of yellow mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar
To spice it up you can use 2 bottles of Chile Sauce or any hot spices you like to kick it up a notch!

Cut up ribs, place in deep baking pan, pour all the ingredients on top, and thoroughly massage into all the meat
Cover tightly with foil, and cook for 3 – 3 1/2 hours at 350F or at 325F for 4 hours (check and toss half way of cooking, if desired)
Perfect for cooking in crock pot or oven.
Will be ready when you come home from church!
