1 1/2 lb. ea. of fresh and smoked ham
1c. bread crumbs
1c. milk
1egg,
onion and celery

Sauce:
3/4c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Grind ham twice

Bring sauce to a boil and baste the ham loaf periodically throughout the cooking time.

Bake in loaf pan for about 60 min. at 375º.
