2 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, sour cream, bananas and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix.
Pour batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Top with chopped pecans and pat into bread.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
