2 pounds of spare ribs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp soya sauce
flour to roll the ribs in

Directions:
Directions:
Cut 2 pounds spare ribs into one inch pieces. Roll in flour and brown.
Cook: 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup vinegar, 1 cup water, and 1 teaspoon soya sauce.
Thicken with: 2 tbsp. cold water, 2 tbsp. corn starch and 1 tbsp. soya sauce.
Pour sauce over ribs and bake at 350°F for approx. 1 ½ hours.
Serve over rice.
