2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. corn oil
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 TSR. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 3/4 c. grated zuchini
1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 365. Grease and flour loaf pan. Mix eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients. Fold in carrots, zucchini, and raisins. Bake for 55 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, then move to wire rack.
