1 lb almond soak and drained and remove the skin or ( almond flour )
1 lb powders sugar
2 tbs orange blossom ( mazaher )
food coloring if you like to give a colors
2 cup cupped fine pistachio to stuff the almond dough.
Use a candy small bags to rap each one separately.
and use mold to give it a shape

In a food processes add the almond ,sugar and orange blossom. mix and blend till you have a soft and smooth paste dough, if need moor sugar you can add to combine .
know you can cut the dough to a small size to a 2 inches make a whole in the middles and stuff it with 1/2 tsp pistachio close it and shaped by using the a mold you like.
Use a baking sheet with a wax paper and the place the shaped dough.
heat up the oven on 375º and bake it for 8 min.
move the try out to cool it .
