Granny Vera Norton & Grandma Naomi Shurtz's Basic Hot Roll Recipe
shredded lettuce
grated cheese
diced tomatoes
diced onions
sour cream
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Make chili beans. Make roll dough, let rise. Take a roll size piece of dough, stretch it out with your hands. Place in hot oil ( Crisco shortening). Cook until lit golden brown, then flip over and cook other side. Cook all dough this way.

Place a scone on a plate, top with chili beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream and salsa. ENJOY!!!
