2 lbs hamburger
1 green pepper
1/2 onion
Garlic salt or powder
Salt and pepper
Egg
Bread crumbs
Stuffing
chedder cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix green pepper-onion-hamburger-egg-salt and pepper-garlic salt or powder.
Add bread crumbs so it thickens the mixture. After it is all mixed, lay flat on waxed paper (so its spead out). Make stuffing in seperate pan.
Spread cheese onto meat mixture and then spread stuffing onto the meat mixture. Spread more cheese onto the stuffing. Form into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees for about 1-1/2 hrs.

Can also make with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese instead of stuffing and chedder cheese.
