8 slices bacon
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (53 oz.) can pork and beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 T vinegar
2 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Fry bacon until crisp; reserve 2 tablespoons of the drippings in the pan. Crumble bacon; set aside. Saute onion in drippings until tender. Combine all ingredients in a 3-qt. casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
