RUB
1/8 cup chili powder
1/8 cup paprika
1/8 cup garlic powder
1/8 cup onion powder
1 Teaspoon cayenne
RIBS
one or two racks pork ribs
BBQ SAUCE
choose a sweet BBQ sauce either bottled or made

Directions:
Directions:
Make a slice between each rib about 1/2 inch long.
Combine ingredients for RUB and shake or stir until mixed thoroughly.
Rub ribs with RUB.
BAKE on cookie sheet at 250º for four hours.
Add BBQ sauce on both sides of ribs and BAKE for 1 more hour or until ribs easily pull away from meat!!
