1/2 cup milk (I used whole- mom said skim)
7 Tbsp butter (I used 8)
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking POWDER not soda
5 apples peeled and sliced thin

1. Put butter and milk on stove- melt the butter into the milk
2. In separate bowl beat eggs and sugar together until creamy
3. Stir in flour
4. Add milk and butter
5. Fold in 2 tsp baking powder
6. fold in apples

put into spring pan that is greased and lines with parchment paper

Bake at 400 º for 1 hour
