1 qt. oysters
1 large lemon, juiced
1-1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan or Romana cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
Olive oil (do not sub. veg. oil)

Directions:
Directions:
Put oysters and lemon juice in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil lightly in bottom of casserole dish. Coat oysters with breading made from the breadcrumbs, cheese, seasonings. Then, pack the oysters tightly in casserole. Sprinkle top with left over breading. Drizzle olive oil lightly over top.

Bake until golden brown at 350º.
