2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
6 ounce provolone cut into ¾ inch cubes
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
3/4 cup red or green peppers (or half of each)
2-4 ounce freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup snipped fresh parsley (optional)
3/4 cup Newman’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Cook pasta; rinse in cold water to stop cooking process and drain well. In a large bowl combine pasta with all other ingredients. Add dressing and toss lightly to coat. Chill 4-24 hours.
