2 1/2 to 5 pound port loin, trimmed of fat
2 - 4 cups barbecue sauce
2 -3 onions, chopped
6 -8 hamburger buns or hard rolls

Directions:
Directions:

Place pork loin in Crockpot. Top with onion and barbecue sauce.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours or until meat is tender.

Remove pork from Crockpot and shred with a fork. Add pork back into Crockpot and coat with sauce.

Serve BBQ pulled pork on hamburger buns or hard rolls.
