2 cups flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup butter or marg
2 eggs
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter or marg
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup buttermilk
3 cups powdered sugar (1 lb)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa. Barely bring to boil the water, oil, and butter. Pour over flour mixture. Beat 2 eggs, add soda and buttermilk and combine with other mixture. Pour in jelly roll pan (12x17) Bake for 18 min at 350º.

Frosting: Bring to easy boil; butter, cocoa, buttermilk. Remove from heat. Add pwd sugar, vanilla, mini marshmallows, and nuts. Pour over cake while warm.

Note: You can replace buttermilk with 1 tsp vinegar & 1 cup milk
