1 package 5 1/4 oz au gratin potatoes
1 can 11 oz whole kernel corn drained
1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chills
2 cups water
2 cups milk
2 cups Velveeta cubed
dash tabasco
cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potato package, corn, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min until potatoes are tender. Add milk, cheese and tabasco. Cook til cheese is melted, stir til well combined. Garnish with cilantro if desired or green onions
