1 stick margarine
1 ½ c. sugar
2 T. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 T. cornstarch
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
½ c. coconut
1 9” unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar. Beat eggs and add to dry ingredients. Add margarine and mix well. Stir in pineapple and pour into pie crust. Top with coconut. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let cool.
