1 cup margarine,soft
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg, separated
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in egg yolk. Stir in flour and baking powder. Shape into small balls. Dip into egg whites, roll in nuts. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Dent each ball with your thumb. Bake at 325º for 5 min, remove and press dents again. Continue to bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Fill dents with jam while warm.
