1 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
Tomato paste or sauce
Cheese
Meat
Optional toppings

Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar, and water. Let activate for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Add more flour if needed. Pat into pizza pan. Cover with tomato paste or sauce. Place pepperoni, ham, sausage, or hamburger. Cover with cheese and optional toppings like olives, mushrooms, onions. Bake for 20 minutes in a 450º oven or until cheese is bubbly and edges browned.

I made homemade pizza for years until I realized it was cheaper just to buy it from a pizza shop. This is a great recipe though. Worth making every once in awhile.
