32 oz frozen hash browns
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
Topping:
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, onion, cheese, salt, & pepper in large bowl. Warm soup with butter until butter melts. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Pour over potato mixture and blend carefully. Pour into 9X13 baking dish and top with butter-corn flake crumb mixture. Bake 45-50 min at 350 degrees. Cover with foil and uncover last few minutes to brown top.
