2-1/3 Cups Bisquick
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon (more to taste)
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Sugar
2/3 Cup Milk
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º, grease 9x1-1/2 round pan.

Streusel Topping: Mix 1/3 Cup Bisquick, brown sugar, cinnamon. Cut butter with a for or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.

Batter: Combine 2 Cups Bisquick, sugar, milk and egg, mix well. Spread into pan. Sprinkle Streusel topping on top.

Bake 18-22 minutes.

Serve warm.
