2 lbs. baby beef ribs
6 tbsp. oil
6 tbsp. chili sauce
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. favorite barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe the ribs with a paper towel.
Place the ribs in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan.
Roast ribs at 450º for about 20 minutes, turning once.
Prepare the basting sauce. Mix all the ingredients together. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the oven.
Brush the ribs with the sauce on both sides and return to the oven.
Continue to bake at 450º for another 30 minutes.
Base with the sauce every 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 400º and cover with foil for the last 10 minutes.
