Sauce:

1 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Water
1/2-1 Clove Garlic
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 tsp. Dry Mustard


Ribs:

2 lbs. Pork Spare Ribs
1 Onion (sliced)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Heat to a low simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.

Ribs: Salt & pepper spare ribs, then brown both sides in a skillet. Put browned ribs in a baking dish, onion and pour BBQ sauce all over. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350º for 2 hours, uncovering for the last 30 minutes.
