Thanksgiving leftovers!
Turkey
Stuffing
Vegetables of choice (carrots, green beans and corn work well)
2 to 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
Chicken broth or bouillon
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Quantity depends on how much leftovers you have to get rid of. Amounts of turkey, stuffing veggies and potatoes should be somewhat even.

Cube turkey and crumble stuffing into large stock pot. Add cubed peeled potatoes and mixed vegetables. Cover with 1/2 chicken broth, 1/2 water. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil then let simmer until potatoes are fork tender
