1- 5# brisket
1 large onion
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. cider vinegar

Directions:

Put brisket in 2 pieces in foil, pour ingredients over; seal tightly. Bake 325º 3-4 hours until tender. Slice across grain.
