Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups Minute rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 lb. Velveta or Longhorn cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Wesson oil
5 green onions with tops, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry sweet basil
1/2 tsp. dry thyme
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice in the 1 1/2 cups of water.
Mix the cooked rice with the rest of the ingredients.
Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.
