3 egg yolks
1 oz. chocolate
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and sugar.
Add boiling water to mixture and cook until thick.
Add chocolate, that has been chopped fine, and egg yolks.
Cook in a double boiler until thick.
