1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. distilled white vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder and oil. Place steak in a shallow glass dish, pierce both sides with a fork in several areas. Pour 1/2 of marinade over steak; turn steak over and repeat with remaining half of marinade. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Preheat grill for high heat. Position grate on highest level and brush lightly with oil. Place steak on grill for 10 minutes (5 minutes each side). Serve with your choice of side dishes.
