Ingredients:  
2 lbs of frozen haddock
scallops if you have them
1 can shrimp
1 can of lobster cocktail if you like
Pepper & salt
2 Potatoes
Onion salt
1 Good tbsp. flour
butter (about the same)
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook haddock & scallops in water - use just enough to cover.
Season with pepper and salt.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
Then add shrimp and lobster if desired.
Boil 2 potatoes separately and add onion salt
add these and the water they were cooked in to the fish.
Add 1 T flour and butter to thicken and enough milk.
Serve immediately with crackers.
