1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. pure vanilla or 2 tsp. of imitation vanilla
12 oz. bag Nestles butterscotch chips or 1/2 bag of butterscotch and 1/2 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Reynolds Wrap Nonstick Foil or a spray for cookie sheet

Preheat oven to 350º. Whisk the oil and sugar together. Whisk the brown and white sugars together and add to oil and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add flour, salt, baking soda and mix until combined. Stir in chips.
Line the cookie sheet with the nonstick foil or spray pan if needed.
Spoon a healthy tablespoon amount of batter onto cookie sheet. (I place a dozen cookies on each cookie sheet.) Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven but keep the cookies on the cookie sheet until completely cooled. Then transfer them to a rack before stacking.
