1 Rotisserie Chicken from supermarket
1 bag of mixed frozen veggies
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 can of cream of chicken or cream of broccoli
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into pieces ( about 2 cups)
2. Heat oven to 400º
3. In a casserole dish mix frozen veggies, chicken and soup
4. Add your salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Mix!
5. Mix Bisquick mix, egg, milk in separate bowl and drizzle batter over veggie/ chicken mix
6.. Bake for 30 min. Until crust is golden brown!

You can also use Chicken Stuffing Mix instead of Bisquick. Mix the stuffing Mix with 1/2 cup of butter, 1 cup of chicken broth. Add some cut up celery stalk and onions.
