3 lb. pork shoulder
18 oz. bottle of your favorite Barbecue Sauce
Juice from 1 medium orange
1 tsp. orange zest, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork in slow cooker, top with barbecue sauce, orange juice and zest. Cook on Low for 8 -10 hours or on High for 4-6 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker, shred or cut into small pieces. Return to slow cooker; stir to evenly coat meat with sauce.
