4 C sugar
2 oz instant coffee
one fifth vodka
1 vanilla bean

Directions:
Boil 3 cups water with 4 cups sugar for 5 minutes. Dissolve coffee in 1 3/4 cups boiling water. Mix together. Set aside to cool. Add one vodka and split vanilla bean. Let stand for two weeks.
