Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups creamy or chunky peanut butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup granulated white sugar
3 large eggs
1 tbs. vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup m&m plain chocolate candies

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven: 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment.
2. In large bowl, combine the peanut butter with the sugars and butter. Mix with mixer until well combined. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Mix in oats and baking soda. Stir in chips and m&ms.
3. Depending on size you want, drop by a cookie scoop onto covered cookie sheets. If you want your cookies to have a more m&m look, place some of the m&ms on top of the cookie before baking. I take the palm of my clean hand and kind of flatten the cookies some, then add the m&ms. If you leave them in a mound, they don't work as well..
4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool cookies on sheet for 5 minutes till set. Transfer to a wire rack, cool. Store in airtight container.(For monster size, use a large cookie scoop, They will need to bake around 18-20minutes.)
