1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Can cream of celery soup
1 Can cream of potato soup
1 Jar cheese Whiz
1 small container half and half
3-4 Diced potatoes(I boil them for 5 minutes to soften them up a bit)
1 1/2 cups milk
Broccoli or cooked chicken chopped (optional)

Combined all ingredients and cook on low in crook pot for several hours.
